On Saturday May 26 the Loudoun Archaeological Foundation was present for the Purcellville Preservation Associations Heritage Day 2009 celebration. It was an exciting and educational event for all ages. The adults and children saw artifacts that archaeologists have found at Prehistoric and Civil War sites. There were several hands on activities for children. The children and adults had a lot of fun.
